OF PARTICIPATION |

| 1 - INDEPENDENT: For those participants who are able to set-up and use the equipment independently following the initial assessment. Professional staff is always available to answer questions and/or correct improper form or technique. Flexible hours are available throughout the day. |

| 2 - ASSISTED: For participants requiring minimal physical assistance with equipment set-up, transfer on/off of the equipment, and safe performance of the exercises. Program hours, limited to specific days and times, are available at the reception desk. |
||||||||||||||
| 3 - PERSONAL TRAINING: Work one-on-one with a qualified staff member, focusing on individual goals for flexibility, strength and endurance. |
