The Personal Fitness Program is available to past patients, as well as the general public.  All participants in the Program must attend a one and a half (1.5) hour initial assessment.

This assessment includes a review of medical history, blood pressure screen, instruction in stretching/flexibility exercises, and the proper use and set-up of the equipment. During this visit, the correct resistance needed to begin your program will be determined.  Proper techniques will also be demonstrated for your use of the equipment.
